The blend of ingredients including smoked oak, vanilla, cocoa and coffee lends this rum to be served neat, over ice, mixed or in one of many cocktail measures.

DRAPERS 75

A modern twist on a vintage classic -- shake 25ml Drapers Pink Gin with a dash of Cointreau, 1 dash simple syrup and squeeze 1/4 fresh lemon juice and ice.
​
Strain into a coupe glass and top with prosecco, serve with a lemon curl to garnish.
RUM OLD FASHIONED
Pour 50ml Drapers Spiced Rum over a large ice cube.
Add 4 dashes Angostura Bitters, 1 teaspoon brown sugar and stir until sugar is fully dissolved.

Garnish with an orange twist and spritz with orange bitters to serve
RHUBARB BRAMBLE
Muddle a small handful of fresh blackberries, add 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice and 1 dash simple syrup.
​
Add 50ml Drapers Pink Gin, shake with ice.
​
Strain into a coupe glass and top with sparkling elderflower. Serve with a berry garnish.
ESPRESSO MARTINI
Kickstart your weekend -over ice, shake 25ml Drapers spiced rum, with 25ml Kahlua, a dash simple syrup, 50ml fresh espresso and a dash aquafaba.

Shake to froth and serve in a martini glass with a cocoa dusting and 3 coffee beans to garnish.
